[Jill and Dave are at the main door of the office.]
Jill: This is our electronic 1)punch card system. Swipe your card when you get in every morning, and swipe it again when you leave.
Dave: Like I said, I'm usually pretty 1)punctual, but is there any 2)penalty for being late?
Jill: Official start time is 9 a.m., but there's no penalty as long as you arrive before 9:05. After that you get 3)docked 30 minutes. Arrive at 9:31 and you get docked an hour and so on.
Dave: Do I need to punch out for lunch as well?
Jill: No. Lunch is from 12:00 to 1:30, but there's a little bit of 4)leeway on either end. In reality, most people 5)roll out of here around 12:15 or 12:20 and get back around 1:35 or 1:40. Some people like to take a 6)nap over the noon hour, so we normally turn off all the lights between 1:00 and 1:30.
